Step by Step Illustration of How the Quick Jak™ Works

1. Remove the deck height adjustment pin, and lower the deck all the way down.
   
2. Replace the deck height adjustment pin to lock the deck.
   
3. Release the tension on the deck belt by lifting the tension lever.
   
   Continue to move the tension lever all the way over.
   
4. Drop the deck belt off from the motor pulley at the rear of the mower.
   
5. Lift the locking lever that holds the QRS lever in place.
   
6. Lift the QRS lever all the way up until it locks into place.
   
7. Go to the front of the mower, and ensure that the caster wheels are facing forward.
   
8. Remove the safety pin from the Quick Jak™
   
9. Hook the Quick Jak™ onto the bolt above the center anti-scalp roller.
   
10. Replace the safety pin in the Quick Jak™
    
11. Grab the end of the Quick Jak™ and pull down
    
12. Continue pushing down until the Quick Jak™ is parallel to the ground.
    
13. Push down the the Quick Jak's™ smaller lever.
    
14. Continue pushing down until the deck is touching the jack's wheels (as shown).
    
15. Holding the Quick Jak™ as shown, pull the jack so the wheels roll away from the deck.
    
16. Continue pushing the lever down until it is parallel with the bar it pivots on.
    
17. Lift the Quick Jak™ away from the mower.
    
18. Remove the safety pin from the Quick Jak™.
    
19. Remove the Quick Jak™ from the mower.
